Bookings
- Bookings are now open – we are pleased to confirm that delegate prices remain the same as last year.
- Use the form at the bottom of the page to book delegate places and tickets for the annual dinner.
- There is no one-day option for virtual tickets, only for in-person.
- You need to be logged into your user account to buy discounted member-rate tickets (Not a member? You can join °Ù´ºÁ´ today).
- The medical students/FY doctors' rate is only available for members – if you are not a member, please apply to join for free and once you application is approved you can book at the discounted rate.
- Booking deadlines: In-person tickets: 7th September - Annual Dinner: 7th September - Virtual tickets: 11th September
- We do not usually issue invoices. Payment needs to be made using the online form and the booking and payment confirmation emails act as your receipt.
- Please note that in booking this event you will appear on the delegate list, which will include your name, role and place of work. This list may be seen by sponsors and exhibitors attending the event. Your phone and email contact details will not be shared with anyone.

Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance or cancellations received after 7th September for in-person tickets and annual dinner, or 11th September for virtual tickets.
- Cancellations received prior to this date will be eligible for a full refund, minus card processing fees. Please contact us via email to arrange this.
- Delegates may make arrangements for a substitute to attend in their place at any time with no cost incurred by contacting the °Ù´ºÁ´ office.
