TU GWC MANRRSMANRRS is a national society that welcomes membership of people of all racial and ethnic group participation in agricultural and related sciences careers. MANRRS members are encouraged to be full participants in other professional societies for their basic disciplinary and career interests. However, MANRRS attempts to provide networks to support professional development of minorities. It is a springboard for their entry into and advancement in careers where they otherwise could be lost in the sheer number and established connections of mainstream participants. For student members, MANRRS provides role models and networking opportunities. MANRRS also offers students opportunities to enhance leadership and organizational and public speaking skills, and to experience professional critique of scholarly worked in a 鈥渦ser friendly鈥� environment. for more.

NWIAA 鈥� TU Collegiate ChapterNational Women In Agriculture Association (NWIAA) was founded and established February 2008 by Ms. Tammy Gray-Steele; who is the Executive Director. 聽The organization is headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK. 聽NWIAA is an agriculture outreach, fueled by sisterhood and diversity. 聽NWIAA believes rural minority women have been often neglected; the lack of resources has stagnated rural development. 聽NWIAA is the first minority woman owned and operated organization that provides innovative outreach education that attracts and sustains current and future generations with its innovative, spiritual, and USDA certified education techniques. 聽The NWIAA Mississippi Chapter was established July 2011. 聽The Alabama Chapter was established August 2011.

The PRE-VETERINARY SCIENCE option is designed to meet the minimum requirements for applying to a school/college of veterinary medicine after only three years of undergraduate study. Completion of this option in its entirety plus the successful completion of the curriculum of the first two years at the 澳门六合彩图挂牌 School of Veterinary medicine leads to a Bachelor of Science. The completion of this curriculum does not guarantee acceptance into a school/college of veterinary medicine, as applicants are selected on a competitive basis. Students interesting in applying to an institution, including the 澳门六合彩图挂牌 School of Veterinary Medicine, should review pre-professional requirements carefully in consultation with their assigned academic advisors.聽

The wildlife, forestry, and natural resource conservation club is an organization open to all people who have an interest in the environment and related fields. This club is designed to provide networking opportunities 聽and to promote professional development in the wildlife, forestry, and natural resources field. For students, the Wildlife, Forestry, and Natural Resources Conservation club, it provides role models, guest speakers, and networking opportunities. It also allows students to develop their leadership and public speaking skills while promoting conferences, scholarships and internships that pertain to the field.
